Well..my dad said I could get it..but how would I pay for it in cash?

There is a cash option and mail order option..

I would simply suggest a money order. Cheap, effecient, and quick. Just head to 7-11.

Most post offices and banks do money orders - it's far safer to send a money order than cash through the mail.

Well being English i wa wholeheartedly suprised at the amount of time it took to get the Book, it came within 5 days of ordering. but anyway to the point

Yes. you get to choose the name to who it is sent to, and the address aswell. This also means it would make a perfect christmas present for a loved one (anyone else may take offence ;P)
