soarinkiller tries to add NWH_Alfa to his banned keys list, but it does nothing, then he tried NWH_Alfa[space], still wont work, he says his key is "special", whats the problem?

No idea, but it looks like an ordinary key to me. Try banning "nwhalfa" and see if that will help. In theory I think the ckey version will work just as well.
Is this for the pager or for a game? Because if the problem is with banning him from a game, it might be that the ban system isn't working right.
