For some reason it looks really familiar to me, but meh I'm not here to judge you or it with a biased opinion anyhoo.

I noticed a few things that kinda irritated me about it
1: The shoulder's seem way to bulky, and not relaxed.
2: Outline could use a little bit of work.
3: The arm's shape and flow with the abnormally large stomach, seems a bit odd he looks overweight in my opinion.
4: Though this isn't uncommon but your base's legs are extremely well, fat so to say.
5: Why is he wearing a speed-o?

Overall, the base looks extremely large and overweight to me and lacks proportion, below is a small edit hopefully it will help you as a reference, note i don't do light sources like most people say to do.
