Ugh, you made it a black outline with a transparent background and posted it on a site with a dark background, so it's difficult to tell without opening it up in an editing program. However the biggest issue I see right now isn't so much the feet, but that the legs are way too short. I'd size them up a couple of pixels maybe to bring them more in line with the upper body.
