I need help with the Movement

I made a base icon recently and I think its spactacular..
One problem.
It only has 1 state!!

But now I dont know how to make it walk!!

Please help....C&C on the base though :-]!!

Turn "Lines" on and adjust the sliders to your preferences.
The Arrows below Happy and Sad adjust the Direction.
On/Off Pauses the current frame.
