Base Summoning Jutsu

I think you did a good job with the shukaku, and base summoning jutsu. Maybe you can try giving the shukaku's arms a little more detail.
Looks okay for the most part (I think you have a perspective problem), but I think it's kind of small compared to how large it is in the anime/manga.

Considering your limited to 64x32/32x32, it looking small is obvious.

He's not limited to 64x32/32x32 it can be bigger maybe he just made it small because he wanted to. I would work on the tail it looks like it started looking weird the more u look at the end of the tail.
The shukaku reminds me of the evil dog from all dogs go to heaven.

On topic i would fix the head something on the head is making it not look right, when i figure out i will post more about it the hands need some fixing also.

For the base thing, Since its not really a big deal but the shorts change colors on some frames. same with the skin tone. Not the shading or anything the tone of the base.

When i get some time i will edit post with more detail.

If it was any bigger, overlays would be getting annoying to work with. The way it works with 64x32:

O = overlay
A = body

O
A

O can go through anything, be stepped on, etc. A can't. Unless you set up some elaborate dense-overlay system that's probably more trouble than it's worth.

on NKM ( old naruto game i used to work on )we had jutsu's and beasts that went up to 96x96, there were no problems with overlays with those.
In response to Pandora'sSecret
Visually there was no problems, but it certainly did not play well due to overlays being completely able to be stepped on.

As I understand it, size will not be an issue once 455 is ready for the public. But this thread isn't about how practical the piece is, so let's bring it back to constrictive contributions based on the art.

One more post, AmonR. The size thing is a pointless argument - all icons have to fit that size. If you want one to be 64x64, all will have to be, and so forth.

It's lookin' good. Add another shade to the belly.
