Got bored.

I think the chin looks a bit squareish, and the cheeks are off a bit. Dunno.

Help me out a bit? :D
You just love dithering don't you?

Yes. Im still trying to figure out if that is a good or bad habit. Probably bad. xD

A good habit if you know how and when to use it. Bad habit when all you see on your pixel art is dots of color.

Cut out some dithering, and fixed a bit.

It still looked like he was puffing out his checks, so here I found out what caused it and fixed it up yet again. xD

Edit: I may work on some hair soon. :P

Looks like he is puffing his cheeks out..
In response to Superfetch

Hmmmn...

Make the change from dark to light ALOT smoother, especialy around the eyes, we know you can work REALLY good with colours, I mean your skull was awesome.
You could afford to dither a LITTLE more; but add some more subtle tones when you do it, also the nose is surrounded by a consitant shadow, shadows on a nose aren't consistant, because they don't just JUT out of the head in a 90 degree angle. They have a gradient meaning the further down the stronger the shadow. Also, your light is directional but the shading on your nose again doesn't show this. There should be more shading on the right hand side of this. Also, the lips also aren't just big blobs on the face, they also gradient, it's kinda hard to pixel that though... so....
Erm, also, the shadinga around the cheeks also doesn't show the direction you used to shade previously, it would look ALOT better if you made it like that, finaly, try and reduce the light towards the bottom of the cheeks, remember the cheek bones make the cheeks jut out, so once you highlight the cheeks, DIRECTLY almost circulary below that it will begin to get darker, unless he's a female, but judging by the eyes he isn't.

That's my two pence, anyway.
