Okay, with my Mecha, I am having 2 Problems. This machine, provided by the link above, is suppose to be 64x64 but, instead, it's 53x71. Anyone have any tips for making it 6-7 pixels from 71 to 64?

Also, anyone have any pointers for how to make the feet(legs) and head look better instead of it looking so, plain?

It's an incomplete work but, I really need some pointers.
