Well, I haven't done any pixel art for a while so I made this:

Wow amazing , art work like that was the reason I wanted you on my team.

I like how the purple rings are so simple, also how it like hides behind the wings. The wings look great, but it looks like too much darkness on the wings after the light source.

Amazing work though, did you use a reference ?

I edited the wings a bit and added hair to Hitsugaya.

Contrast, color choice, and definition are some of the things I addressed. Lack of contrast in the colors makes things unclear at x1 zoom. You're dealing with ice, so if you're going to use a dark color, make it dark. Ice has a lot of extreme value changes. Yours gets kinda pillowy in some places as well (specifically parts near the underside of the wing). The wings don't need to be outlined so heavily with one color. Take advantage of sel-out as well. And against all those less saturated blues, that saturated light blue looks awkward.

one side looks different from the other one .

one looks bary plain and the oder one look kind of dirty.
