Surprisingly, I've notice you improve at a ridiculous pace.

Heh, I pretty much stopped the edit after noticed the arms were unsymmetrical. Anyway, the way you shade your work it's like your sketching and it makes all your material look unfinished. In your shading smoothen out corners, edges, etc. Things will look better.

An example of how your shading is on the right.

Weak areas:
Line art - http://derekyu.com/extras/pixel03.html
Choosing your colors (Literally pick your colors from each other not randomly just because they look similar) and of course how far to distance them apart for good contrast (3dness) - http://img149.imageshack.us/img149/5614/ spaceoutcolorsaa1.png
Pillow shading - The chest is all I needed to see - http://www.natomic.com/hosted/marks/mpat/shading.html

Heh my fault, I thought this under "Works in progress" otherwise I wouldn't have looked into it so much...Op, oh well.

What you mean by "Surprisingly, I've notice you improve at a ridiculous place"

I'm assuming he meant to say "Surprisingly, I've notice you improve at a ridiculous pace," as in your skills have improved rapidly.
Yeah I though it was pace.
After I read the links Hulio gave me a did two more NPCs (Naruto&Sasuke)

Sasuke looks gert though Naruto looks horrible >.> His anatomy doesn't look right(Mainly in the shoulders) and his face looks weird compared to his body. His body also looks kinda weird.
