Erm who evers base this is i thought like themonkeydidit said the first ones lines are too strong its good to get the outside lines a good colour and u must learn to get them not to light but not to daek and thats a good skill to learn.

It's really pretty good for a first pixel. I'd avoid the strong lines you used on the first one (it's too detailed muscle-wise for a sprite that small). The third is the better, I think. The second is curving in at the sides of the torso a bit too much.
