Think of stat control as a person at 100% power attacking someone with 20% power, but still has endurance of 100%. Like if i had 100 strength and endurance, if i put my strength control to 20% then my strength would be 20 and my endurance would be 100. Its like real life, where we hold back fighting too hard, but we still can get up after getting hit 100 times. Vise versa.

If this is used, then there should be downsides, like sparing is only a percent of what it is, (not including training or meditating because either way it doesnt matter), but power level can still be measured at full.

In real life, you dont have power control to control your *energy, but you do know how to hold back against a bunch of kids tryna wrestle you.
