Ice manipulation is much water manipulation although it's nature in abilities are unique. Ice manipulation allows the usr to learn various skills pertaining to it's field including but not limited to

Ice Shield [ summons ice spikes out of the ground
[ comes with Ice push which allows the usr to summon spikes of ice out from the ground and slide them around strategically or offensively/defensively]

Ice Breath [ Casts ice breath two tiles ahead capable of freezing people or energy attacks]

Blizzard Manipulation [ Conjure a blizzard. Stats determine whether or not victim's body suffers various cold conditions like hypothermia.]

Tsunami Freeze Wave [ casts a 3tile wide avalanche that can freeze opponents or energy attacks]
