Generations - The New Government

This is a technique that can potentially beam someone off of the planet. If the stats of the usr are sufficiently over the victim's stats the victim will be blasted off planet after the usr utilizes a verb for doing so!

The mechanic can only work if the person is receiving the beam from the south of them. They will be blasted up into the space! Which can be very dangerous for both races which need oxygen and anyone not already in a space suit. As planet diving usually ko's a person and with the need to breathe they'd have to move back to the planet very fast to survive.
