Those lucky or despondant enough not to have any pressing matters during the day might be considered by the majority to be layabouts, ner-do-wells. However, from my recent experimentation with such matters, I have come to a realisation. These people, drug addicts or not, are some of the few select enlightened souls of the 21st century.

Yes, you guessed it- I'm talking about day-time television.
All us busy, socially accepted minions who go about our business during the day, be it a job, education, or unconsciousness, have all been missing out.

C.I.T.V. can only be described as a gift from God. I could go on at length, lecturing about the intellectual delights of such viewing as Bob the builder or the Sleep Over Club. These examples and more make up the numbers of pristine viewing that can be gleaned from day-time television; however, there is one programme that stands clear, above the rest. Miffy the bunny.

I can't simply find enough praise in the English language for this programme. From the halirious, brilliant humour that's splashed joyously throughout each episode, to the thought provoking moral that will be the focus of said episodes, Miffy the bunny never fails to amuse.

The stylised, clever art style that is consistent throughout Miffy (Example) is imaginative and bold. It's essentially a representation of the general euphoria that resides in Miffy's sugar-coated utopian world, one that creates such joy inside my heart that I cannot begin to comprehend.

Every episode is varied and generates real interest in the viewer to watch what activities Miffy might get up to that particular day. In my personal favourite, it is raining outside- Miffy has to find time consuming things to do inside her house. She draws, reads, listens to "music from sunny spain". It's continously joyous in it's attitude to life, one that makes me feel happy from my head to my toes.

The next time you're free to indulge, give Miffy a spin- you won't regret it.

In the mornings I am delighted by the witty reporting of the Fox News Morning show. :)

Hmm... is Miffy a spinoff of the Hello Kitty universe? The drawing style seems very similar.
