GMguard

I got kind of sick of all these people asking for GM, so i decided to create this for inclusion in all of my games. It never struck me that it could help alot of people, so i took the core of my code, simplified it, and made it a lib. Implementation can be as simple as four lines of code!

**VERSION 2**
Demo is now included. Bug was fixed. Changed the way the lib works, so now it will return a 1 if the message is safe, and a 0 if it isn't. see code for details.

standard function alone is uploaded, no demo yet. minor bug to fix.
