The ki specialty tree's Lingering Damage skill makes all your ki moves automatically completely lethal.

Meaning, even when you're holding your attacks back, they will chop off limbs and kill people.

This, if intentional, should be advertised as such. And should have some sort of toggle so you can turn it off when you're not actually trying to kill somebody.

Otherwise it should only be lethal if you're intending to fight with lethality.

Ki Shock does have murder toggle stuff in it. I'm curious about this one, most likely it was the skill itself that caused the issue (I.E. the ki attack in question.)
