For some reason the gates body damage seems to only affect the reproductive organs, left hand ,and both feet, organs and brain when its mastered.

(Unmastered or when you revert a gate you haven't fully mastered will damage everything)

Gates will accumulate injuries. As of right now there isn't actually any preference to anything. Weird bug.
