Well, I don't have a Wii, but I do have a gamecube and I'm craving for some Zelda. So, tomorrow after school, I've decided to go get 1 or both of the 2 games, Legend of Zelda : Windwaker, and/or Legend of Zelda : Twilight Princess. I have around $60 and don't know if that's enough for both. Now, if I had a choice between one, which one should I get? I like the comic feel in Windwaker, but I like the whole storyline behind Twilight Princess. Can someone please help me?!
Twilight Princess, all the way.

Wind Waker is a good game, but the story line is too far away from the Zelda series for my taste.
I see, do you think $60 would be enough to buy both?
No, Twilight Princess costs too much to buy both.

If you want to save money, go with Wind Waker.

Hmm, they claim that Nintendo didn't release a timeline, however at one point they did on http://www.zelda.com. I'm not sure where you can find it but the part of the timeline I remember was this:

1. Ocarina of Time
2. Majora's Mask
3. A Link To The Past

Other than that I don't remember.

Edit (I found a link (no pun intended)):

I have a Wii, and TP is awsome. Screw saving money, I say buy Twilight Princess.
I agree with Twilight Princess. As fun as Wind Waker was, the game was much shorter than other Zelda games, (only 4 levels!). Although it's cheaper nowadays than it used to be, Twilight Princess just gives you more.
Wind Waker.

It's a much better game than Twilight Princess, you'll enjoy it a lot more.
Twilight Princess is LOADS better than Wind Waker- Jermman's wrong. He's just still going through his rejection stage of disliking the Wii controls. We all went through it and it's great when you finally start to warm to the controls. And TP is lush.
Elation has no idea what he is talking about. He's British.
In fact it would be wise to disregard anything he says, ever.
Edit your posts instead of adding new ones like the rest of us.
No.
I thought there were about 6 dungeons in Wind Waker.

Anyway, I liked Wind Waker and I love Twilight Princess. I suggest that you buy TP and borrow/rent WW. If you're good at Zelda games and have no life, you may be able to beat WW in one rental.

Besides, you may be able to trade TP in later for arround 30 or 35. (It only costs $50, right?)
I would say go with the Windwaker. It cost's around $15 were I bought mine. It's a great game. I'm not sure about Twilight Princess but I didn't even get it myself yet. I think you should start with the Windwaker anyways.

Oh and the new Zelda game is $50 or $40.
Well, I ended up buying both, going to play wind waker first, then play twilight princess.
