This issue has been resolved.
Descriptive Problem Summary:

When a map control is shown at any point, Dream Maker may crash on exit if the tab is still open.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Open multiple files, including a map. Make sure the map is the last tab.
2) Open stddef.dm.
3) Close Dream Maker.

If no crash occurs by this point:

4) Reopen the environment.
5) Close stddef.dm.
6) Close Dream Maker.
