Issue hasn't been assigned a status value.
I've been wanting this for awhile, Type C Saiyans, basically Broly's blood which allows him to go Wrathful, Type C Super Saiyan, and Full Powered Super Saiyan. Type C Saiyans are stronger than average saiyans and can't control their anger as well, which means they go berserk easily.
