For those of you who'd prefer a recap. Our original concept on the effect hunger has on gains was the higher your hunger % the better your gains are.
Well that system is now 100% completed as originally desired.
This puts more value into specific foods which can boost your hunger up higher if eaten at a high percent below actually being full!
Once very full you'll find that your gains are substantially increased through all forms of training. You may want to start paying attention to which foods or drinks you find valuable and put them to use for greater training results!!!
