Unfortunately, you're going to have to cut out all unoriginal content to be considered OC (original content), and be publishable, from my understanding.
My recommendation would be to start a different project entirely with completely original art and inspiration if you DO want to be publicly available. You can draw the ideas from some shows or other works of art, but rooting your game so deeply in the ideas of an anime like this won't let you publish it publicly. | |
Don't worry, though. Plenty of people look for fan-games here, enough to get a playerbase.
