Finish players who have fallen asleep

Since you can finish a player who is unconscious since they can't fight back we should have a %5 or %10 chance to finish a player who has fallen asleep from nehan and a %90 or %95 chance to wake them up from failing to finish them. Just an idea to reward players who are lucky or skilled enough to get someone to fall asleep.
