Waterfall jutsu training suggestion

Feature -

Water Jutsu training on waterfalls.

1) Allow players to train things like daibakufu while walking down/up waterfalls.


Changes -

1) Make the area/range to a stream in front of the player. since it's rushing water, harder to control a lot of it so that's why the size shrinks.

I like it. Id also be fine with a higher chakra cost :D((would make waterfall training like mountain climbing is for stamina))
