Implementing this feature is not possible now or in the foreseeable future
Oh dear...I got all excited for a moment but have discovered that my project will not work. I want a group of people to be able to move around a stage (my world) and rehearse speaking parts but there is to be no voice chat in DM. Is this still the case? Any work around besides asking people to install a voice client?

There was a mumble plugin created as a proof of concept for voice chat integration with ss13

you could do something similar for your own project
