Tell me this was done in Photoshop - please, tell me this was done in Photoshop!

Ouch...lol

I'd say it woud have to be 'shopped... There may be someone out there who can do that with their eyes, but it's the eyebrows that give it away... If you pulled the skin around the eyes that way, you'd also drag the eyebrows down with them... The ones in that pictures, though, are firmly planted where they'd normally be...
Never really noticed that, i just saw it and freaked out lol. Then just hoped it wasn't real. I have seen a picture where this wemon popped out her eyes with out touching them, also seen her do it on tv, its just so Weird!
I also notice the use of the clone tool to fill in the places where the eyes are in the original picture... You can tell that the skin that apparently covers the right eye socket (the one on the left as we look at it) is a copy of the center of the forehead (you can see a crease that matches exactly)...

But regardless, that still freaks me out...lol
Even so it still looks real, but like how could someone make it the way it is. Him holding his eyes like that all that part looks real. Maybe it is real, Just has a weird head! lol. I tell you something though i wanner get rid of this b4 next week! LOL i might get nightmares..
It has to be real. The bottom of the face would be like that if it wasn't. Then theres the fingers, there red where there holding it down and the eyes are red wheres theres pressure. If this is not real the person that made it must be good!
No, you can trust that it is fake... I'm very certain of that...

An image editor such as Photoshop can do incredible things in the hands of someone talented that has enough time... I fact, I can even tell you how it was likely accomplished...

They took a picture of this person holding his cheeks exactly as you see it, pinched between the thumb and fingers... I can do it myself, so that part is easy...

The next step is to copy the eyes from their original places, and paste them onto the pinched-out cheeks... This step is again relatively simple, and with some small touch-ups afterwards to blend them in, they'd look right at home...lol

Finally, you need to put some skin over the eye sockets...

As I mentioned, you can tell that the skin on the eye sockets in that picture looks a lot like the skin in the middle of his forehead... This is a sign of the clone tool (well, it's called the clone tool in PSP, I don't know what the equivalent is called in Photoshop)... This is a special tool that lets you select one area of an image, and copy it to another area as if you were painting it on... You can set all kinds of settings, like opacity, hardness, selection area size, etc... And you can use these settings to blend your copied area in with its surroundings...

All it takes is a small bit of knowledge of the tools your image editor has, and the patience and know-how to use them and make it look clean...

So again, that picture is very likely to be an edited photo... Very likely...
I guess that makes me happy knowing it is not real! Because this pic just freaks me out lol
I agree with supersayan, the eyebrows give it away. It also looks like you can see some airbrushing.

Plus, if you were to pull that far down, your eyeballs would pop out, not have your entire eye area move with it. Not only that, but I bet you it would pull any nerves connecting your eye and brain apart, let alone be able to still look forward like that.

I can't see how this even qualifies even closer as realistic. It is a good photoshop, but if the person was trying to make people believe it, he left way too many obvious that should have been changed out.

Plus, I don't think many people would risk losing their eyesight so they could look freeky, it's like having a high risk of losing your manhood so you can possibly get a free box of krispy kreme doughnuts. Just wouldn't be worth it, to anyone, let alone a teenager like that.
It could be possible. If your eyes happened to fall out of your sockets, the nerves are long enough to reach your chin. The image stops just above it.
I think part of his left eye being on his left hand pretty much gives it away..
You can always find parts that do not look right and say it is not real because it doesn't look right. I infact don't think its real or just "Hope" that it is not real. When i first saw this i though it was damn freaky and had to share it with my fellow Byonders! I guess you can't really find out if it is truly real or not unless that person in that picture comes forward or the editor of this picture.
Woah! Talk about freaky! (And slightly gross)
I'm pretty sure its possible to do that, but I don't think its too likely that image is real.
Do you realize that his eyelids would have to be like two inches long to stretch down that far without moving the eyebrows and to look normal like that when it gets down there.

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to do that. I'm sure neat tricks can be done with your eyes, but this picture is obviously a fake.
