Damnit. <_<
I just booted up linux. There was some complaint about ACPI when it started up, but it went away too quick for me to read it, and I didn't know what ACPI is (Just looked it up, it explains a lot). Started doing stuff. Discovered that programs were being extremely buggy and weird. Decided to reboot to see if that changed anything. Reboot, open linux, file system check is triggered because linux wouldn't shutdown properly.
File system check spits out errors and drops me to a terminal. O-kay.... Run fsck on my linux partition. Quickly discover that roughly half the Linux filesystem is completely wrecked, destroyed, gone.
Bloody lovely. I'm running a backup right now before the computer decides to take Windows out, too.
I don't want to splurge on a new computer until July. I'm a university student, I don't have the money for this!
