Cycling
In order to train, you must cycle. There are four methods of cycling.
Training, Blasting, Meditating and Sparring.
-- Training increases Blasting and Meditation
-- Blasting increases Training and Meditation
-- Mediation increases Sparring
-- Sparring increases Training and Blasting
Each time you do a method of cycling, you will slowly become resilient to it. Once you receive the message that you are, you are gaining at 10% of what you normally would. That is the appropriate time to switch to another cycle.
The basic cycle is as follows.
Train > Blast > Meditate > Sparring
However, you can customize this to your fitting. For example:
-- If wish to focus on training: Train > Meditate > Spar
-- The opposite for focusing on blasting: Blasting > Meditate > Spar
You can extend the chain as follows: Training > Meditate > Sparring > Training > Blasting; This is focusing on training while doing minor blasting.

HTT
Hunger, thirst and tiredness should not be below 0% in order to survive.
You can collapse under 10% of any value.
To increase thirst, make a water purifier using the Build Technology verb and in the Build Technology tab. Water takes 10 minutes to purify and the water purfier expires in 30 minutes.
To increase hunger, slaughter animals and cook their meat, or use water to farm with seeds that are found.
To increase tiredness, meditate in a bed.

Tile movement speed
It increases with your speed, which increases for every method of training, so just train. Flying is roughly twice your normal speed.
