Descriptive Problem Summary:

When editing icons with certain sizes, the movie control in the pixmap/movie editor shows extreme zoomed-out versions so the icon may appear as nothing more than a dot.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1) Create an icon file with width and height that are mutually prime, such as 179x219.
2) Open the pixmap editor on a state in that icon. The thumbnail in the movie control is only a few pixels wide/tall.
