Colors - Edit, doesn't swap the colors

The global color editing dialog no longer actually changed the icon.

This issue has been resolved.
The option to swap colors on the icon editor isn't working anymore.
Open an .dmi file > Colors > Edit > Dbl Click one of the colors > Select a different color (can be via the standard or custom tab, doesn't matter) > Press OK > Press OK again > Nothing happens...

When you go back to Colors > Edit, it's like you've never changed the color...
