We had a power outage here, so when the power came back on and I booted Firefox back up, the SessionSaver plugin dutifully took over!

Unfortunately, SessionSaver for whatever reason had saved over 26 instances of the Firefox window -- various HTML pages I had visited on my computer, as well as some HTTP POST data, over the past couple of weeks! I stared blankly at my blog for a few moments because I could've sworn those posts were lower... then I realised that SessionSaver had automatically reposted them!
Ah, so that was that was. I was about to post saying "Did you press the refresh button 3 times too many? On many blog posts?" ;P
That's strange. It's saved my butt a few times recently (I always seem to have a huge post written up when Firefox crashes).
I need to figure out how to get it to save my sessions (with locally cached pages because I'm on dial-up) at will. I don't like leaving the PC on while I'm out during the summer because it gets too hot and breaks itself, but at the same time I like to leave my posts for an hour or two before I post them.
I've never had a problem with it. It is odd that yours kept building up like that.

I really love the session saver feature. I have been known to have 15+ tabs open a t a time, all relevant to something I am working on. It may seem crazy to have so much open, but I don't like using bookmarks for things that I don't need more than a few days.
I only use SessionSaver for a revert feature. If I close Firefox normally and reopen Firefox, I'm presented with a nice, minimalist Google homepage. If Firefox crashes or I load the "Default" save after I open Firefox, I get the last instance of Firefox that I used. I like it better this way because then I don't have to manually close every single tab I use. I'm a tab fanatic, so when things start crufting up I'm all, like, "Oh noes!" and hit the close button, and then I'm all, like, "Pwned."
