The owner of this game banned me because I told him he cant enforce rules that are visible on the hub. He told me he can do what he wants because its his game, which is just a rip. why is this guys game even being published on byond? I want his game taken down for not following the guidelines

Move along. And, yes, as shitty as it is, he can ban you for any reason(or none at all.) His game, his decisions. BYOND cannot and will not enforce in-game rules.

As stated, BYOND doesn't monitor or control what happens within games. Hosts and developers are free to disallow you access for any reason they want.
