so I I was trying to connect to a game, but it said dream seeker was having problems, I restarted BYOND and my laptop multiple times and deleted my cache but its still having problems, how do I fix it?

well I dont know how to get a screenshot from my laptop but here's the exact message
"Dream Seeker may be experiencing a problem byond.com. if your game does not start, please check your firewall and antivirus settings to be sure BYOND programs are not blocked Download Adobe Flash Player and enable it in Internet Explorer for a bettter experience" | |
the weird thing is I can connect to other servers, its just that particular server that I cant connect to
