Centralize Icon Button

This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
A button to centralize the icon on the icon editor. Centralize vertically and horizontally would be nice too.

This would require going through the icon line by line to find the first opaque pixel. There's currently no functionality for that, which would have to be added, and of course also the interface would have to move stuff around again to accommodate.

IMO I don't think this would be useful to too many people, and there's a really good workaround:

1) Click the horizontal/vertical flip button twice, slowly, and watch how far the icon shifts.
2) If it shifts by more than one pixel, it isn't centered, so use the shift arrow icons to push it in the direction it moved when you flipped it. Repeat as necessary.
