Here are some additional ones you might've forgot:
1) Talk about another country (this is no myth xD)
2) Talk about guns (yep, this seems to start flame wars alright)
3) Spamming (One of the most obvious causes of flame wars, though usually gets shot on sight)
4) Talk about politics (another trigger of flame wars)
