So last night my apartment flooded for the fourth time this year, this time from the washing machine. Luckily I'm moving out in a month from this place, but I have never lived in a flooded place previous to this one. Anyone have common (at least once a year) flooding? I feel like it's just the shitty management here, not fixing anything when we warn of signs something is wrong.
