Descriptive Problem Summary:
Flipping icons horizontally/vertically using the buttons in DM now only flips half of the icon instead of the whole thing, resulting in wacky mirroring in any and all sizes and types.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Open an icon in DM.
2. Attempt to flip it around using the button made for it.
3. Witness the wack.

Expected Results:
Expected the whole icon to flip as it used to.

Actual Results:
Only half of the icon flipped and resulted wacky mirroring.
