Descriptive Problem Summary:The macro " ? " is not being created on the .dmf file.
Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:Open the dmf file, and try to add a "/+SHIFT or ?" macro. It will become / with SHIFT box checked, then you set the command and press done, the macro will appear as Q+SHIFT(or W+SHIFT if yout tried "?") macro.
Expected Results:"?" macro being created.
Actual Results:"?" is being created as Q+SHIFT.

When does the problem NOT occur?Never
Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? (Visit http://www.byond.com/download/build to download old versions for testing.) It occur in earlier versions
Workarounds:
If ? macro cant be set, then allow the "/+SHIFT" to work. It's important for those that dont want to use byond input and needs to use the basic signals.

We determined in Discord this is due to a non-English keyboard.

That being the case, I'm going to mark this deferred. I think it still counts as a bug, but I don't know how to even approach fixing that.
