Right now, player creation is open and the first questing area is available to anybody who wants to check it out. In the near future, there will be a pwipe and player creation will be available to closed alpha testers. The reason for this is because the game is not in a presentable state yet, and I don't want players to get the idea that this is a finished product. Anybody who wants to register for closed testing can just get ahold of me on BYOND and I will add them.
