Begin able to answer in Classified Ads

This feature has already been implemented, or is already achievable with existing methods.
Why we (non-members) can't answer in Classified Ads? Some non-members (I know many, including me <3) have any good skill such as programming, mapping, etc.

It has nothing to do with non-members vs members. Classified ads is intended for private responses so the forum doesn't just turn into a bunch of off-topic chatter, like it did in the past.

If you want to clean up the classified ads section you really should enforce a [Paid]/[Unpaid] tag policy.
