Is there error I get for the SS13 server Paradise Station. This error does not happen on any other server.

Methods I've done to try and fix this include:
Clearing Cache.
Reinstalling.
Uninstalling&Deleting all folders that hold BYOND data.
Uninstalling&Deleting all folders that hold IE data.
Unplugging it and plugging it back in.
Crying.
I use Windows 7, 64bit.
