This is from Dragon Ball Super and I've created this in like 9 hours using an existing base. It took that long because I'm still a beginner and need a lot more training, I think.

Damm over 7 hours just fix up the aura abit and your good.

xD try to make the aura more closer to the body almost as if it touching the person with like a 1 or 2 pixel spacing. and add a few very bright blue to give you and feeling of the person aura is rising up

Add some cool animations showing how powerful his transformation is maybe?
