This issue has been resolved.
Ability to delete certain particular comments or all in the Shoutbox located on Member sites.

Why this flew past the development of the new site update, boggles me.

This seems to have been fixed.

Once your Shoutbox is fully open, then you can delete any comment that you do not wish to see now.
