Descriptive Problem Summary:


The ticker to the far left does one of two things -- the first being the most common result:

1. Items cannot be ticked/selected
   
2. Sometimes a single item can be ticked/selected, but then cannot be unticked/unselected, or similarly other items also cannot be ticked/selected
   

In other words, bulk actions is impossible at this moment.

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem:

1. Open the member files manager
   
2. Add at least two files for testing
   
3. Attempt to tick/select a file
   
4. Attempt to untick/unselect said file, or tick/select a different file
   
5. Observe
   

Expected Results: I expected to be able to tick/select any number of files to perform bulk actions on.

Actual Results: One or no files can be ticked/selected successfully.
