Transfering Z-Planes

I have two different World files. I'm trying to transfer a Z-Plane from one World file to the second World file.

Is this feat remotely possible in any way?

Open a DMM file in Notepad or any other code editor. Each z level should have a definition that's something like:

(1,1,1) = {"


Change the last number to the z level you need and copy and paste it into the other map. Voila.
