I have been working in blitz basic alot latley and it's really fun. I have been learning multi dimensional arrays and how to manipulate them to make 32x32 maps and i've learned alot! I made my own version of tron! It's so cool. =P you know...that game where you control a line and try to make the other person crash into your line? Anyway i'm planning on making an MMORPG in Blitz Basic. So far i've done the code for loading maps and I made a random map generator sort of, it just spits out random tiles. Next i'm going to program in the map editor, I wanted to get started in Visual Basic mmorpgs but the book at Barns and Noble costs $49.99. =( My bank Ballence != OR > $49.99. Another bad thing, I can't compile any of my blits basic game into an executable...The full compiler is 60 dollers, im using the demo...=*( If I make an mmorpg in blitz basic I have to send the compiler and the whole source code so people can play. <.< Check out my TRON game here!
