Yestreday my GF downloaded BYOND she logged in but the launcher wont load the games, not even the filters.We enabled the game at the firewall we uninstalled it and intalled it again.We even uninstalled the antivirus.Nothing.The PC is capable of running the game ofcourse and it has windows 10.

I need more information about what's going on. What does "not even the filters" mean? Please describe the issue in more detail.

Please tell us how you fixed it. this sounds like the problem I have, the games tab is just stuck in infinite loading and not even the filter list comes up unless I switch to the friends tab. I know Im connected to something as my friends list works fine but now games come up

You will need to go to the options top right , hit preferences then advanced and change the user directory to something simple like C:\BYOND
