This has been happening for a while, but i hadn't bothered to look into it or report it because i didn't want to impede 512 progress.

I only just now noticed that that is a stack overflow exception code. There hasn't been any hints of a stack overflow runtime in our runtime logs. Do those trigger world/Error()? if not they wouldn't get logged. (Then again this could be a entirely byond side stack overflow)

I'll re-able stack traces on appcrash and next time it happens we'll have our answer I guess.
