Descriptive Problem Summary: Lagging for 2-3 seconds. On every server character and game generally freeze for 2-3 second and then about 5 or 8 or 10 seconds work fine, later lag for 2-3 seconds again and so on. And it's not connection problem or internet speed problem (75-125ms ping).

Numbered Steps to Reproduce Problem: 1. Uninstall. 2. Clean registry 3. Clean folders in disc and documents 4. Change install directory. 5. Again deleted. 6. Update video drivers.

Expected Results: Game without lagging character for 2-3 seconds.

Actual Results: Game still freezing without any difference.

Does the problem occur:
Every time? Or how often? Every time. From the very beginning of the round to the end.
In other games? Yes.
In other user accounts? Yes.
On other computers? No. On Windows 7 laptop it was fine and smooth. But in Windows 10 there is a problem with lags.

Did the problem NOT occur in any earlier versions? If so, what was the last version that worked? Yes, all 511 versions. Cant play on older version because servers require v511.
